2. Implement centralized examination and approval of fees. The board of supervisors of the group has set up an approval center, and all the business entertainment expenses and the daily expenses of the responsible persons of the subordinate enterprises with independent legal persons are reported to the group approval center, and a special person is responsible for examination and approval, effectively preventing the breeding of corrupt phenomena such as abnormal invitations and deliveries of subordinate enterprises. The board of supervisors has also set up a bidding and auditing team, and has audited and investigated the standardization of the finances and business of its subsidiaries throughout the year in various parks such as Shanghai, Hangzhou, Anhui, Sichuan, Hubei and other parks.

3. Sign a "Letter of Responsibility for Integrity". Outside the Group, the "Letter of Responsibility for Integrity Construction" was signed with suppliers and customers, which expressly prohibited both parties from demanding or accepting kickbacks, gifts, negotiable securities, valuables, benefit fees or thank-you fees from each other, so as to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the state, the collective and the parties. Within the group, personnel in key positions such as procurement and technology must sign the Integrity Agreement with the group company before taking up their posts.

4. establish an "intelligent and clean" prevention and control network. With the goal of building a "smart enterprise" and the support of promoting the construction of informatization, we will take the strengthening of informatization construction as the basic work of anti-corruption and clean government, and continuously improve the scientific level of anti-corruption and clean government. First, in order to prevent safety accidents and strengthen the construction of integrity, the group has intelligent attendance for middle-level and above management personnel and sales personnel; the second is to install GPS positioning on buses to strictly control the occurrence of private use or accidents of buses.
