According to the prosecution's allegations, from November 2007 to August 2008, the four supermarkets under Zhejiang Renben Supermarket Co., Ltd. (namely, The Boao Store, Jiaojiang Cinema Store, Hongjiadian and Luqiao Store) managed by Taizhou Renben Department Store Management Consulting Co., Ltd. were successively required to carry out renovation and other advertising business designs. Give yourself 50% of your net profits. By the time of the case, Lan had received a total of 74,716 yuan in bribes from Ye.

The specific facts of the crime are: On January 30, 2008, Lan received a cash check of 46,500 yuan and a cash of 11,500 yuan from Ye (of which 10,000 yuan was a loan returned by Ye to Lan, and 1,500 yuan was interest). On June 4, 2008, Lan received a cash check of 28,216 yuan from Ye.

After the incident, Lan withdrew RMB 90,000.

As for the appeal allegations of the public prosecution organ, Lan mou had no objection during the trial. During the trial, Lan's defender argued that Lan had a good attitude of admitting guilt, returned all the stolen money after the crime, was a first-time offender, and requested a lighter punishment and a suspended sentence. The court held that Lan had already constituted the crime of accepting bribes from non-state employees, which was a solicitation of bribes, and the circumstances of other bribery crimes were more serious, so it was not appropriate to apply a suspended sentence.
